Mirosław Warowicki earned PhD in social psychology, he has an extensive experience in conducting international and domestic trainings and workshops, research, implementation and evaluation projects for as well private as public sector and NGOs. For the past 20 years he was working as a project manager and expert on three continents, within implementation on projects funded by the World Bank, country’s Ministries, European Union and UNDP, UNHABITAT and USAID.  He was involved in projects dedicated to among others Kenya, Kosovo and Afghanistan.  He has been conduction and advising on strategies that deal with developing evaluation, monitoring and research projects in Afghanistan, Albania, Kazakhstan, Kygyzstan, Kenya, Kosovo, Turkey and Poland.  Mirosław participated in planning and building capacities for development strategies, solving social problems, central and regional evaluation strategies. He is an expert in Department for European Social Fund Management of Poland‘s Ministry of Economic Development dealing with building civil society mainly by prioviding support for NGOs and expanding public-private partnership. Mirosław is also a member of European Network of Training Organizations for Local and Regional Authorities, ENTO and Polish Evaluation Society and Polish Psychologists' Association.
