This evaluation study concerns the CBC Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2007-2013. The objective of thestudy is to:
- assess the achievements of the Programme including the degree of implementation of its main objective and specific objectives which are implemented within the framework of priorities and their subordinate measures;
- assess the impact of the implementation of the Programme on the support areas and the economicand social life of its inhabitants.
The evaluation study conducted is also supposed to answer questions about the effectiveness and rationalityof the support provided under the Programme.
